Overview

This is the second and final step in initializing a new project. The instance admin completes the project setup, enabling it for contributor participation.

Step 2 of the V2 project initialization finalizes the project configuration, sets up treasury mechanisms, and transitions the project to an active state. This transaction must be executed after Step 1 completes successfully.
