Initialize Course Transaction (V2)

Overview

This transaction allows an instance admin to initialize a new course in the platform using the V2 protocol. The course state transitions from pending to active status.

Protocol Description

The V2 implementation streamlines the course initialization process with improved state management. The transaction consumes a course state UTxO in pending status and outputs it with active status, establishing course parameters and making it available for students.
