Issue your first credential with Andamio Issuer

This guide will walk an organization from zero to a first issued credential:
- Create your issuer account and get an API key.
- Define a credential: what it certifies and the work behind it.
- Issue it to a recipient, with the transaction sponsored end to end.
- Verify it independently, without calling Andamio.
