Delete Global State

This endpoint allows a user to delete a global state from the system. This operation is typically used to remove outdated or unnecessary global state entries.

Delete Global State Request Body - Contains all necessary information to delete a global state, including used addresses, change address, collateral UTxO, the user's alias UTxO, global state UTxO, and the details of the global state to delete (minting policy ID and tokens).
