Change Global Info

This endpoint allows a user to change global information within the system. This typically involves updating a global state UTxO with new data.

Change Global Info Request Body - Contains all necessary information to change global information, including used addresses, change address, collateral UTxO, the user's alias UTxO, global state UTxO, and the new information string.
