Problem Solving

In every year and every season, we experience problems from a new perspective. For example:

  1. Purpose: How can I connect more deeply with what I want to do?
  2. Participation: How is my relationship to my family, community, and work evolving?
  3. Proof: Do I know what I need to know to take a next, bigger risk?

These are just examples. The fun starts when we see how one leads to the next.

The More You Know

In any great learning experience, we find out how much we don't know. Having completed one project, we are full of ideas about what to try next. Having solved one problem, we discover a dozen more to explore.

This is how problem solving works at scale. People build because they are working on one problem, and little by little their frontiers expand. When different experts can iteract in unexpected ways, people learn new ways of thinking about problems, and innovations emerge. This is the value of networking.
