This endpoint allows a project creator to mint new treasury tokens. These tokens are typically used for internal project management or reward distribution.

Mint Treasury Token Request Body - Contains all necessary information to mint treasury tokens, including UTxO references for the project NFT, project creator's alias, access token, treasury token reference script, treasury address, treasury reference script, and escrow reference script, along with details for allowed contributors, projects to add, ADA deposit amount, and tokens to deposit.
